Service Terms and Conditions

These Service Terms and Conditions (“Service Terms”) outline the agreement between GTA Shisha (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the client (“you,” “your”) for the provision of mobile shisha services. By booking and using our services, you agree to these Service Terms.

1. Booking Requirements

  • Minimum Order: A minimum order of four (4) shishas is required for any event booking.

  • Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment as outlined in Section 2. GTA Shisha reserves the right to decline service for incomplete or unpaid bookings.

2. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing: The base service cost for four (4) shishas is $150. Each additional shisha is $25.

  • Shisha Refreshments: Each shisha refreshment during the event is available for $15.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the service. We accept payments in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Refunds and Cancellations: Cancellations made [specify cancellation policy time frame, e.g., 48 hours prior to the event] may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than [specify timeframe] before the event. Any modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Service Duration and Responsibilities

  • Event Duration: Our team will provide shisha service throughout the event, remaining on-site until 30 minutes after the last shisha refreshment.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the event location is suitable for shisha use and complies with local regulations. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that the event venue permits shisha smoking, as well as to secure any required permissions.

  • Safe Usage: Clients and their guests are expected to handle shisha equipment responsibly and in compliance with GTA Shisha’s safety guidelines provided on-site.

4. Health and Safety Compliance

  • Age Restrictions: Services are strictly limited to individuals 19 years of age and older, in compliance with Ontario’s smoking regulations.

  • Liability Waiver: Clients assume responsibility for informing their guests about any health risks associated with shisha use. GTA Shisha is not liable for any health issues that may arise from use of the shisha service.

  • COVID-19 and Health Precautions: GTA Shisha follows all provincial health and safety protocols. In the event of restrictions, we may adjust our service offerings to comply with guidelines.

5. Equipment and Property Liability

  • Equipment Responsibility: All shisha equipment provided remains the property of GTA Shisha. Clients will be held liable for any damages or losses to equipment due to negligence or misuse by guests.

  • Damage Charges: Damage to GTA Shisha’s equipment will incur additional charges to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

6. Event Environment

  • Venue Setup: GTA Shisha requires access to an adequate outdoor or well-ventilated indoor space suitable for shisha use. We reserve the right to decline service if the environment does not meet safety standards.

  • Environmental Conditions: GTA Shisha is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to adverse weather or other environmental conditions outside our control. In case of such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service or issue a partial refund.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • Release of Liability: GTA Shisha is not responsible for any injuries, health concerns, or property damage resulting from the misuse of our products and services. By booking our services, you release GTA Shisha from any claims of liability.

  • Event-Related Incidents: GTA Shisha is not liable for any incidents arising from shisha use, including but not limited to fire hazards or health reactions among event attendees.

8. Changes to Service Terms

  • GTA Shisha reserves the right to modify these Service Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to these terms prior to their event. By continuing to use our services, clients accept any updates or modifications.

9. Governing Law

  • These Service Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the provision of our services will be handled in accordance with Ontario law and fall under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
