4. Reservations and Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum order for four shishas, as outlined in our FAQs and Service Terms. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and additional fees for services such as shisha refreshment are specified during the booking process and must be adhered to by the client.

5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Pricing and payment details are available on our Site under the FAQ and Service Terms section. GTA Shisha reserves the right to modify prices and terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to booking confirmation.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations related to the use of shisha and any associated services at the event location. GTA Shisha does not assume liability for any penalties, fines, or legal action resulting from misuse or illegal use of our products or services.

7. Limitations of Liability
GTA Shisha and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of our services or products, except as required by Ontario law. We are not liable for any injury, health-related issues, or other risks associated with shisha use. Clients and users assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of our products and services.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of GTA Shisha or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our Site content without our express written consent.
